Papa & Barkley Releaf Balm combines only natural ingredients with Whole Plant Full Spectrum hemp to create a soothing topical that will ease everyday discomfort, joint pain, and menstrual cramps. How We Tested the PAPA & BARKLEY RELEAF BALM
I’m back in school and all the extra sitting is doing a number on my hips and S.I. joints. This issue has even started to affect my sleep, which in turn leads to more pain. It’s a vicious cycle. I’ve wanted to try one of Papa & Barkley’s topicals for a long time. They have an amazing reputation, and in the past I’ve had great experiences with CBD topicals. I was excited to see if this product would help relieve some of my pain, especially so because it contains essential oils like eucalyptus and lavender, my personal favorites. I was hoping that by using this product I would be able to sit a little longer and sleep a little better. I applied the balm to my hips, low back, S.I. joints, and legs before class and work every day and every night before bed. I used this product for over two weeks before it was gone, applying generously, and even using it again midday I needed the extra help.
How the PAPA & BARKLEY RELEAF BALM Worked for Me
The Papa & Barkley Releaf Balm worked almost immediately to warm up then cool down my painful hips, low back, S.I. joints, and legs. The topical blends easily into my skin, and makes a great massage lotion. I adore the scent from the essential oils – eucalyptus is one of my all-time favorite smells and was featured dominantly in the blend. The scent had a calming effect on me and when I couldn’t sleep, I found focusing on this helped me relax and get back to bed. The CBD and essential oils also were beneficial in reducing some of my pain. I found I was able to push through sitting at an uncomfortable desk longer before needing to get up and stretch my legs. Because of this, I was more productive and happy. This healing balm is top-notch and next time I’ll be getting the bigger container.

This balm contains a blend of essential oils which are eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint, and lavender. They work together to create a lovely scent that helps calm and focus the mind. I discovered through a quick Google search that they have other benefits. If used on your chest, eucalyptus can help with a cough and other cold symptoms. It can also keep bugs away! Tea tree oil can help with lung problems and skin infections. Peppermint can reduce itching and muscle spasms. And lavender is known to help with anxiety, depression, nausea, and even allergies.
