My three cats have tried many different brands and types of treats: dry, crunchy, organic, gluten-free, raw, wholegrain, etc, so I knew their well-honed pallettes would be game to try HolistaPet CBD cat treats.

Believe it or not, there have been cat treats that all three of my cats have sniffed and refused to eat (my 14 yr. old. female Maine Coon Mix, Sicily, being the most picky). The problem with cat treats is similar to the challenges we face with our own human diets: the tastiest options usually aren’t very healthy and the healthiest options aren’t very tasty.

The good news is that, as far as my cats are concerned, HolistaPet CBD Cat Treats are as tasty as can be. The great news is that these CBD cat treats are excellent for their well-being.

What’s Great About HolistaPet CBD Cat Treats

1. Nutrionally sound, high-quality ingredients. Holistapet CBD Cat Treats are grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and non-GMO and regularly tested for pesticide and residual solvent contamination, too.
2. Easy to understand dosing.The dosing guide made it easy for me to figure out how many to give my three cats, despite their differences in age and weight.
3. Cat-approved taste and crunch. All three of my cats ate the treats happily and bugged me for the rest of the day for more. After I caught all 3 cats trying to break into the kitchen cabinet where I had put the remaining HolistaPet Cat Treats, I sealed them in an airtight container and moved them to a high shelf in the hallway closet.
4. Therapeutic effects. The cat treats seem to have a calming effect on all three cats but it was most apparent with Cosmo, who is the youngest, most energetic, and “jumpiest.” In the past, he has suffered from mild separation anxiety, so I have started using these CBD cat treats as a way to ease those symptoms.

Potential Drawbacks

At $23.95 for a pouch of 75 treats, the price point may surprise some pet owners when compared to other treats. It may be more accurate to compare the cost of these treats to the cost of your regular cat treats plus the cost of treatments for common pet health problems that CBD has been shown to treat, such as separation anxiety, digestive problems, joint pain, seizures, and skin allergies. Each of these treats has 2mg of full-spectrum CBD, so you’re paying for potency, too. However, if you buy the treats and you and your pet aren’t wowed, HolistaPet will refund your money. If you ask me, these treats are worth the risk!
