Ingredients
1cupFruit Juice(choose your favorite flavor)
ΒΌcupWater
3tbspGelatin
1tbspHoney or Agave Syrup(optional, for added sweetness)
Cannabis Oil or Tincture
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and water.
Heat the mixture over low heat until it starts to simmer.
Gradually whisk in the gelatin, making sure there are no lumps. Continue whisking until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
If desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten the gummies. Stir well to incorporate.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. This will prevent the cannabis tincture or oil from losing its potency due to excessive heat.
Once the mixture has cooled down, add your preferred dosage of cannabis tincture or oil. Remember to start with a low dosage if you are new to edibles or have a low tolerance. Mix well to ensure the cannabis is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a greased baking dish, depending on the shape you desire for your gummies. Silicone molds are ideal as they make it easy to remove the gummies once they have set.
Place the molds or dish in the refrigerator and allow the gummies to set for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Once the gummies are fully set, remove them from the molds or cut them into desired shapes if using a baking dish.
