No piece of CAKE code is being embedded on your page, your team would need to fire Cake's post-back pixel from your server.
Since the checkout is happening through the iHeartJane code placed on your page (and since this would not be CAKE’s code) your team would need to store the CAKE post-back pixel on your server and fire that pixel with the CAKE ID when conversions happen.
The postback pixel requires the advertiser to store the CAKE ReqId (request session ID) until the user converts on that offer.
